What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept check or cash.

How much do you charge per hour?

We do not charge by the hour, we charge flat rates. A quote will be given over the phone or email before setting up an appointment.

If you can't fix my computer, what then?

If we are unable to determine the cause of the issue we won't charge you anything. In the event that we successfully determine the problem and you refuse further service, a troubleshooting fee will apply.

Will you need to take my PC back to the workplace to service it?

It depends... if we determine that fixing the issue will take a long time and be an inconvenience to you and the technician we may request to take the system back to our workplace at no extra cost to you.

What operating systems do you support?

We only support Windows systems.

What do you mean by 200% satisfaction guaranteed?

We will repair your computer a second time within 7 days if a problem we fixed comes back. The customer is required to provide proof that the problem persists and a technician must personally observe the proof. If the problem still persists a refund will be issued.
